设备用途：适用于管式铅酸蓄电池正极板活性粉状物质的填充

Used to fill the lead powder to the positive tubular plates

系统构成：物料储存装置、自动称量装置、混粉机、物料输送装置、定量下粉装置、灌粉主机、回粉系统、除尘系统、控制系统。

4、振动台上散落的铅粉能自动回收，灌粉机内粉尘负压定向收集，由除尘系统过滤并进入回粉系统；

7、系统封闭循环，粉尘无泄漏，铅粉循环利用。

Performance and Features

1. The system could weight, convey, mix, and fill the powder automatically ( buyer could order automatic sealing bottom bar devices, automatic cleaning devices, enclosed delivery devices separately) .

2. The system is controlled by PLC with the functions of level indication, powder weighting and powder filling timing.

3. The lead powder filling machine amplitude is adjustable.

4. The lead dust can be recycled by the negative pressure collection system and conveyed to the storage bin.

5. The system operation is safe, stable, and reliable with simple maintenance.

6. The noise and dust emissions are up to the national standard.
