设备用途：适用于铅锑、铅钙合金板栅涂填（粘性或砂性铅膏）

Application: Used to paste the viscous or sandy paste to the Pb-Sb or Pb-Ca grids .

设备构成：自动上板装置、涂板主机、淋酸轧板装置、控制系统、表面干燥机（可选）

Composition: Auto plate feeding device, pasting machine, acid-drenching and pressing devices, control system and facial drier(optional)

性能、特点

○ 涂板机板栅采用机械自动送给，设有手动板栅宽度调整机构，设有无 板栅或重叠板栅状态时自动断开装置；

○ 涂膏斗有独立的调速马达，膏斗出口处采用反向运动钢辊，精确控制 涂膏量；

○ 膏斗设有可倾离开机构，便于操作者清理和排除涂板故障；

○ 采用水平带式连续涂填铅膏，传动机构采用无级调速；

○ 设有可调整压力的橡胶辊筒，满足涂板后的轧板、淋水和淋酸要求；

○ 设备操作按防酸防水技术标准配置；

Performance & Features

○ The pasting machine is mechanically auto supplied, the pasting width can be adjusted manually. The machine will stop working if no grid or overlapping is tested.

○ There is an independent motor for the paste hopper. And the supply roller runs in opposite direction to accurately control the weight of pasting.

○ The hopper can be left in tilt to facilitate the operator to observe and maintain fault.

○ The machine uses the continuous pasting belt with step less transmission .

○ The pressure of rubber roller is adjustable in order to meet the requirement of plate pressing & acid-drenching.
